Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel or change orders after they have been submitted.

It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of the orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Turn around is pretty quick.

For original art, shipping times are based on USPS and your location. I will ship the art within one week of an order being placed.

RETURNING PRINTED ITEMS

Drop shipping is made possible by Printful, so I strictly adhere to their policies when it comes to returning items.

If you have any problems with your order, YOU MUST INFORM ME BY EMAIL – NOT PRINTFUL, and I will work with Printful to make things right. That being said, here’s what you should know:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at Printful’s expense.

While Printful will do their best to ensure an item makes it to you, they will not pay for the following:

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have an updated address.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – Please contact me before you return anything. Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

The return address is set by default to the Printful headquarters (19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311). When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

RETURNING ORIGINAL ART

There are no returns on original art. All sales are final once shipped.

The package will be fully insured through USPS, so if there are any defects because of transit you will be fully refunded up to the value of the art as listed at the time of purchase.

Please note that photos will be taken of the art at the time of packaging and sent to you to confirm the sale before shipping.
